Paul Jarzembowski works for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) in Washington, DC, serving the USCCB Committee on Laity, Marriage, Family Life and Youth (LMFLY) as the lead staff for youth and young adult ministries. In this role, Paul is the national coordinator for the U.S. engagement with World Youth Day, the principal staff to the USCCB Bishops Working Group on Youth and Young Adults, the liaison to the Vatican Dicastery on Laity, Family and Life for youth and young adult ministries, and a board member of the National Federation on Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM), the National Catholic Network de Pastoral Juvenil Hispania (LaRED), the National Advisory Team on Young Adult Ministry (NATYAM), and the National Dialogue. Originally from the Diocese of Gary in Indiana, Paul has worked in youth, college campus, and young adult ministries in the Archdiocese of Chicago and the Diocese of Joliet, and previously served as Executive Director of the National Catholic Young Adult Ministry Association (NCYAMA). Paul has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Institute of Pastoral Studies at Loyola University Chicago and has spoken to, consulted with, and written for over 300 dioceses, parishes, colleges and universities, religious communities, journals and publications, and regional and national conferences in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe, including the Vatican.
